Policy:  Ozark Dogs Rescue only adopts to companion homes where the dog will have inside privileges.  A 5' fence is usually required but there are exceptions.  Donations above the adoption fee are strongly encouraged. We cannot afford to keep rescuing and feeding them without donations and sponsorships.  We are a 501 C 3 non-profit organization and your donations are tax deductable.  typical costs .   Our primary goal is to get the very best home and the very best match for each dog.  Ones financial means are always taken into consideration. 
For a Senior Citizen on a limited income adopting a senior dog, we often ask nothing and even provide dog food for a month.

We are retired, using our retirement money to rescue, feed and cover the vet expenses of the dogs we take in.  As with almost all rescues, we put way more money into the dogs then the adoption donations we receive.  This is one of the reasons why our number of dogs available for adoption is small.  All donations go towards vet care of the dogs awaiting forever homes.   The dogs thank you and we thank you for any size donation. 

Ozark Dogs Rescue Organization is a 501 c 3 non-profit organization and all donations are tax deductable.
