4/1/11: This handsome boy is Thor.  We helped keep him in his home where he is loved.  The cable has been been removed and the fence is secure.   He can now be loose to play and roam within the property area without danger of getting on the highway. 4/6/11:  I just learned that the little Miniature Pincher friend of Thor has crossed the Rainbow Bridge.  They had an old satelite dish in the yard which had filled with rain water.  He managed to get in and could not get out.  He was missing several days before they found him.  My heartfelt sympathies go out to the family.  We just don't see all the potential dangers.
